María Molina Peiró is a Spanish filmmaker who visited us in our 2nd edition to present her short film ‘Digital trauma‘ back in 2016.
María has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Seville and a master’s degree in Film from the Netherland Film Academy in Amsterdam, where she currently works as a researcher and professor.
Her installations, films and videos were shown internationally in contemporary art centers and film festivals such as Rotterdam International Film Festival (IFFR), Louvre Museum, Haus der Kulturen der Welt, National Gallery Washington, Science Museum (London) and BFI London Film Festival among others.
